We grade all our weekend walks, the grades being  leisurely/easy, moderate or strenuous).  We also add in information about the terrain of the walk and the length so everyone can feel well prepared. All our evening walks are leisurely. 

Don’t worry, we don't leave people behind and we walk at the pace of the group. If you have doubts about your walking speed or fitness, try out a leisurely or  moderate walk before a strenuous one – the idea is to enjoy yourself, not to be exhausted and miserable! 

Walks that are graded "strenuous" are often longer, faster paced and without drop out points. Because walks need to be completed whilst there is still daylight, we would recommend ensuring you can keep the pace if you come on a "strenuous" walk and are equipped with proper footwear as an absoute minimum.
