Leading a walk is pretty simple, particularly in the places we tend to walk - people's chances of falling off the South Downs, or suffering exposure on the Thames Path are pretty small. Additionally, when you lead a walk for the Capital Walkers, there will be other people there who've been doing it for a while and can support you in it.
